You will be responsible for developing long term partnerships with enterprise customers while identifying and driving product expansion and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities. You’ll analyze customer needs in terms of product adoption and current business obstacles, identify new projects, scope for other potential SmartDreamers solutions.
The ideal candidate should have +3 years of experience in a customer-centric environment focused on Technology products.
Profile & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience dealing with enterprise clients
Solid experience in driving high impact projects or initiatives
Independent and self-motivated
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Fluent written and verbal English skills
Solid experience working with CRMs, SaaS & other applications
Working in a fast growing start-up with global plans
